Commercial Building Project at Khadki, Pune

It is a redevelopment turnkey project, the existing building is from 1980s in congested area of Khadki, Pune. As the surrounding buildings being very close to the property the building will have a very little outside space. We have proposed green spaces in steps inside the building itself which act like a breathing space where wind and sunlight filters though jalis. Its a humble building creating a landmark in the area.
